Why the PEACE SIGN? One simple reason is that the PEACE SIGN is a simple icon and easy to paint, and communicates my desire to create and share something positive. Since I will be creating 365 pieces of “peace” artwork over the upcoming year, “easy and simple” is a necessity for sure, don’t you think?

PEACE HUG for Mollie

Today was a special day, thanks to my "Peace fan" Lori, who gave my name to local TV news station. I was interviewed by Mollie Cooney and will be appearing in a segment called "In the Artist Studio" on KCCI TV8 here in central Iowa.
I will post a link to that interview when it becomes available.
Mollie and her photo journalist side-kick, Donna, where so much fun to talk to and share my Peace Art .
They both liked cats too, and had fun playing with kitten Cleoh, which they insisted be apart of the shoot... that is until Cleoh knocked over a painting while we were talking.
