Why the PEACE SIGN? One simple reason is that the PEACE SIGN is a simple icon and easy to paint, and communicates my desire to create and share something positive. Since I will be creating 365 pieces of “peace” artwork over the upcoming year, “easy and simple” is a necessity for sure, don’t you think?
I think I like this one best. It reminds me of the color wheels we would make as kids. Do you recall those? I think they had them in malls or retail outlets. You'd drop paint onto a spinning circle of paper and it would create a different picture every time.
